Lovely community i like sun homes but presidential crew suck. Phil is horrible treats people poorly so does the office lady. I give props to old maintenance men the two daves they were awesome. Phil needs to go.
I love the community and its nice looking but the management of presidential estates is ridiculous. Theres so much gossip going on by the workers. The allow peoples property to be burned and dont evict the resident that did it
They need to help individuals more, but I like living here.
