They rip people off! Give a down payment until you decide if you want it or not, say it takes 3-4 days to get your money back!! And then they keep your money!! The people in office tell you all kinda lies then after they get your money! They just leave you hanging! Then say its up to corroborate! Now we are out $1000. The push a button to change dates, that way they are in the right!!
Sent me an eviction notice even though my rent wasn't even late and then they tried to blame it on the courts. Clearly, they are wasting the court's time with unnecessary eviction notices just to save a day on how quickly they can throw you out. What a terrible company that owns a significant portion of all ** mobile home parks.

************** was sent a 7-day notice in January on 01/06/22. He paid his rent on 01/10/22 with the late fee included as he was in fact late. He was not sent an eviction notice, but a demand for possession which is standard policy for any rental property.
The place in Buford ga countryside village is straight garbage. I don't even live there I applied for a application I currently have multiple pre approval letters and I check my credit daily. This place tried telling me I was denied because my DTI was at 90% which is false and I contacted them about sending me the report and these ppl can't even call me.

Sun can not provide a copy of the applicants credit bureau. You will need to get a copy of your credit bureau directly from the credit agency. If you have any disputes on what is showing on your credit bureau, you will need to dispute that with them. You will be receiving a denial letter from the lender who denied you.
Complaint filed with the MI Office of Attorney General. I am a new resident who owns my own home and leases a lot a Sun Homes Community. I am being charged a monthly pet rent of $20 for two cats despite the fact that I - not the community - owns the home and the pets have no access to the lot. We brokered the home for the seller so I am sorry you are unhappy with our service and fee structure. You were provided the community rules and given an orientation explaining all charges and rules prior to the actual closing.
Sun bought our community June 1st, 2018. Since then, they have filled the park with homes, which is a good thing. However...Rules are NEVER ENFORCED. Since Sun bought Arbor Woods and filled the park up with new homes, we have had 3...new managers. The 1st one, padded residents water bills, and lined her own pockets, the 2nd would lie right to your face and never do anything about complaints. Very rude office personnel, terrible customer service!
avoid at all costs - expensive but noting gets done, no irrigation, the gate is a joke and so is management! An F isn't low enough - slum lords - business trucks in driveways, working before and after hours, chemicals being stored at homes for a pool company .. so sad,,, it used to be nice
