My apartment was broken into while I lived here and a lot taken. The "emergency Maintenance" guy that night hit the metal strike plate in the door jam with the back of a screw driver to flatten it enough for the door to shut. That was it. Talked to the first guy from the office who told me he could break into the building door with the screw driver from his car in a couple seconds. 5 days and two more visits and a call and my lock was finally "fixed".
