took the canning 101 and was superb! everything you need to know and more! great hands on experience as well. Could not have learned as much from 5 hrs with a book. WELL WORTH IT!!! just do it, you wont be sorry!

Martha's Canning 101 combined a solid introductory education with science, tradition and food artistry to make for a very enjoyable class for me and my wife. Time flew by and by the end we felt prepared to tackle what we thought would be a very complicated process to put up all our garden's vegetables. After's Martha's class it doesn't look tough at all!
