She worked so diligently and professionally on everything! Her presentation of the closing documents is also very thorough and clear. The team at Preserve were barely competent in supporting a home purchase. Some issues - First, keys - a basic thing you would like to pick up at closing, it was not available on closing day for some understandable reasons, but then there was zero follow-up, no response to questions, and finally the sellers' agent dropped it off a week after closing!
