at least 4 people have been murdered here over the course of the last year. I've been assaulted, my car has been vandalized, and our neighbors kids are drug dealing aggressive bullies. The rental contract has a clause against that but the staff refuse to enforce it. There's black mold in our vents. there are holes in the walls above the air handler allowing adjacent apartments air to get through. Kill the roaches, stop charging 300 a year for a trash valet who doesn't even pick up trash. I had to walk to him and put my trash in his buggy, lazy!
this was the most awful service I've ever recieved. I was scheduled for a move in today and at the last minute I was ask to jump through extreme hoops because I work for a small business and then was told it's all because of corporate. Now I'm stuck in my move in date jumping through hoops because my money is non refundable "so they say". They are even going as far as leaving their office to go to my job to see if it's a real business. Completely disrespectful to my boss who's a small business owner and very unprofessional.
