Have had a fantastic 2 years here; great complex!
This is the worst condo where I have lived in , the pool is never maintained the water looks yellow ,the gym has a bad smell and looks like a garbage dump, they charge $ 30 for valet trash they never pick it up and the animals dispose of it. .. THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THE GREEN AREAS, there are too many animals ... and the apartments have too many defects despite being "new" or fixed. the cost is too high for what they SHOULD be. there are no benefits some !! Hallways are always dirty never clean them is a mess
Live here in little India if you do not like to sleep at night. My upstairs neighbors are a nightmare. They come alive at 10 pm, noisy, loud, and it feels like they run sprints until 1 am. I approached them and management but the noise seems to have gotten worse. These people show no courtesy toward their neighbors. Maybe if I was Indian they would show a little more respect. Say goodbye to peace, quiet, and sleep here at Preserve.

Check the sex offenders list around your zip code. While living there for 3 yrs I advised them of 2 sex offenders that somehow lived there. Also, you will be faced with German cockroaches that you will not be able to get rid off. Oh and your deposit? After you pay your final bill, you will get charged for all kinds of water bills. Extra valet charges and meter reading charges. Really would like to know what kind off goodies the people that gave a 5 star got. Stay away.
Ronaldo showed up early Monday morning to do a work order for me, but not too early! He did an amazing job fixing a patch that had slightly caved in on the dry-wall in my hallway. He made sure it was done correctly even though I had told him I already had the paint to re-paint the patch with. He made sure it looked perfect before he left, and it didn't take long. He is an awesome employee of yours, I hope you hold on to him!
