Because my sister used to live there, and she moved out before 3 months ago and they said they had not paid some kind of insurance or whatever, but now recently they cleared everything, and they asking to clear them up from their system but they are not working out with her the way it supposed too, cz we are from different countries, but we are hard working and pay taxes all this yrs living in America, we are here bern 23 yrs and have , had no crimes. So far so good. It's clean and well lit at night. No loud music blasting or gun shots. Just working class folk as far as I can tell.
Unfriendly Staff. Poor management. Towed our car away in the morning with community sticker on it. Just imagine the feeling when you wake up in the morning and prepare yourself to head to work and then you go out couldn't find your car!!!! got stolen? did I park somewhere else? and then you start touring the whole community and you notice many others are waiting in front of the leasing office door talking about cars being towed!!! and the reason is no community sticker on the car. I have lived there for two years and decided to move out after their current management took over. Community is a good place to live in but beware of new management charge you for maintenance items that are considered normal wear and tear. When they knew we are moving they even got worse and charged us on the move out for Carpet cleaning!!!!! broken blind slat !!!! cleaning the bath tub and the fridge!! Come on! Awesome place to live! The staff here has always been great! Fun loving, attentive, and all around great people. Time has definitely flown by from when I first moved in.
