During the time my family and I lived at the Preserve everything was fine. When we moved out, 1 month early, Daphne told my husband and I multiple times that we did not owe for the last month of out lease because she had the unit under contract. We checked again to be sure and were told “you don’t owe anything”. This was in May of 2017. We received a final statement at the time which has a balance of zero. Fast forward to March of 2018. We receive a bill for breaking the lease. We call and are told that they will look into i... read more

I LOVE MY APARTMENT AT THE PRESERVE AT GRANDE OAKS. ALSO, THE OFFICE STAFF IS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE ARE TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY. AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING!!
Great, clean and quiet apartment complex. Daffnie in the leasing office does a great job of planning community events and making sure everyone feels at home here. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. I'd recommend this property to others!
