I am a resident at The Preserve, and overall I like living here. It’s a nice, quiet community, and whenever help is needed, maintenance always responds promptly. However, guest parking is available but poorly enforced. One person uses multiple vehicles (more than three) and leaves them parked in guest spots for days at a time, making the spaces unavailable for actual guests. This car has been parked in the guest spot for more than two weeks. This spot is usually never available for guests.
Avoid this place at all costs! Anna was a sweetheart. This new lady Shelly is rude. The first time I called and spoke with her she was rude. I just called up there and out of nowhere she acted like she couldn’t hear me and disconnected the phone. I called back and she made sure not to mention her name and didn’t even apologize. The leasing office has been nothing but great to me and my family. Work orders get done in a timely manner. The parking for guest is the only problem out here. Which they should consider having us or our guess park on the side without being towed. Other than that no problems whatsoever
I visited this property while searching for an apartment, and my experience in the office was very disappointing. The person assisting me, who appeared to be the manager, was unprofessional and rude when I asked simple questions. First impressions matter, especially when dealing with potential residents, and the way I was treated felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. Upper management should seriously consider improving customer service at this location. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable renting here.
The neighborhood is quite quiet for the most part. However parking? Horrible… it doesn’t help that the maintenance man has changed the guest parking spot for maintenance only but allows his family to park there. I have been here a few years and management have allowed people to paint over or completely destroy the guest parking boulder. Very sad specially because the maintenance man is the one telling the towing company which cars should be towed. Should I apply to maintenance to get special privileges too?
