Antonio, the property manager at The Preserve at Boynton Beach in Boynton Beach, FL towed an authorized guests vehicle that was parked in a parking spot labeled “guest.” She was not an overnight guest and had arrived on the premises after 9am. He refuses to admit that this was a mistake on his part. There were many other vehicles parked illegally throughout the neighborhood.

Antonio, the property manager of The Preserve at Boynton Beach in Boynton Beach, FL wrongfully towed my sister’s car on 2/7/25. She was parked in a parking spot labeled “guest.” There were many cars parked illegally throughout the neighborhood and there was no where else to legally park. My sister was authorized to be on the property, visiting a resident. There was a sign that stated, “ overnight guests allowed 7pm to 7am” but this did not apply because she arrived on the premises after 9am and was NOT an overnight guest. An... read more

I visited this property as a guest and I did not want to violate the law and risk being towed by parking on the grass, on the sidewalk/curb, or in front of someone else’s apartment. I tried to do the right thing by parking in the guest parking spot in front of the office. There was a sign in front of the guest parking stating that “Overnight guests are allowed to park from 7pm to 7am.” This sign did not apply to me because I was NOT an overnight guest. I came a little after 9am. Antonio the property manager had my car wrongf... read more

Avoid this place at all costs! Anna was a sweetheart. This new lady Shelly is rude. The first time I called and spoke with her she was rude. I just called up there and out of nowhere she acted like she couldn’t hear me and disconnected the phone. I called back and she made sure not to mention her name and didn’t even apologize. She gave her fake excuse and before I could get my first word out, she cut me off telling me she got my request. Shelly is passive aggressively rude. I have only spoken to her on two occasions and I d... read more

If you want to go somewhere, where your family will go I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRIFLING PLACE. The Preserves at Boynton Beach is in kahoots with City Towing. They pick and choose who they will tow. How does the matienence man park the mantience van in guest parking and then have his guest park in maitience parking? Then to top it off the front office looks out for the latino(a)s in the community. They will warn them or tell the towing company to avoid their vehicles but let everyone else get towed. The preserves markets itse... read more
