We signed our lease over a year ago and was told the property was move in ready. We did our own inspection and found 13 work orders in areas that needed attention. This delayed our move in by 3 weeks. When we went to move out, they charged us for petty things like trash being full and there were extra light bulbs and some paint that was there when we moved in. They called this trash removal. Ridiculous. The A/C in the unit is poorly designed and never balances the upstairs and downstairs and they could care less.

I talked to Madison, he sowed me a house and he told me they were going to rent me the house. I paid aplication and credit report aplication. After text him almost every day he ended saying the owner decided to sell the house and he'll reimburse me the aplication fees wich he never did. It was just around $60 dollars but I wasted my time.

We were working with this company and decided to go elsewhere but they have held the refundable part of our deposit for months

Preservation Real Estate was a great landlord for the most part. Maintenance requests were completed very quickly. Whether it was a stove issue or a leak in the front yard, the problems were fixed in a timely manner. The one thing that was quite frustrating was how difficult it was to contact Madison. Whether it was a question about the house or concerns about something on the property, I could not contact him either by phone or text, and the timeline to get a response ranged from weeks to months.
