Preservation Dallas is an incredible organization who advocates for our rich history in Dallas and we fully support their vision and goals to keep our history for the next generation.
After seeing the news about the ladies locked out of the cemetery some friends and I discussed it and one posted the laws. Section: 711.0521 .....states that interference with ingress and egress is a class C misdemeanor. You have the right to visit a private cemetery during reasonable hours and they are not to interfere with your visit. Makes me wonder why it was so hard for the women to get in.
Tried to get help/ direction one time and the woman who answered the phone didn't know how to handle my call. Emailed the Director... never responded.
Great group saving beautiful Dallas structures.
