I love Dallas, and the architecture from the early years.. and the history that goes along with it..the early settlers, the early landmarks
We have to save the memories of old Dallas for everyone. So many of us are not from this area and don't know or see the history. Preservation Dallas helps in every way.
I was born in Dallas 65 years ago. I have seen the demolition of so many beautiful charming and elegant communities and homes that gave Dallas our history and charm.
This is fabulous for all to engage in .. Wish I could be there one more time.. but, I do know the history about this place . it is worth the time for you to tour and even Forgive if you need , to . None of us are perfect but, lots of LOVE goes into this particular mission . Keep the Faith and enjoy !!

WOW. I was summarily dis-invited by Irene for a tour to which I had a ticket from a Facebook promo. Quite rude. I followed all the directions for signing up to see the house, but alas... told I was not welcome *3 hours* before the tour unless I became a paid member. Ruse to gain membership? If it is, a very poor one. WOW. I'm still taken back at how rude this is. I was really looking forward to seeing the house, but that buzz has been sufficiently killed.
Preservation Dallas is a phenomenal organization!
