We loved working with this company. They were always very communicative and solved every issue we had with the apartment. The place was in San Francisco. Would definitely use them if I were to buy an apartment and rent it. We always talked with Brandon and Casey. Two sweethearts. I left the same review in Yelp cause they are the best.
Brandon has made this process seamless and so easy for me! I am out of state and constantly flying or on the road and he has taken care of everything from start to finish. Most importantly, he secured a tenet for me very quickly. I would highly recommend!
My wife and I rented a high end property from Brandon and RentWise for 18 months. Brandon was an excellent landlord and property manager. He was always responsive, any maintenance issues were promptly addressed, and he was easy going and easy to work with.
Working with rentwise and most notably, Brandon, was always an easy and pleasant interaction. Brandon was attentive not only to the needs of our Landlord but is the tenants as well. Would recommend them 10/10 times and would love to have Brandon as a property manager for my own duplex.
