The agents are “remote”, made me visit one property twice because the locks weren’t working, made me wait outside the home until they received my email/took their own time replying to text messages to open the garage. When we filled out the application there were no updates from their end, no sense of communication with the customer. Bottom line: a complete waste of time. Brandon and his team have consistently gone above and beyond their duties in managing my Mother's house. They have demonstrated that they care about the small details. They have been able to save my Mother money with their knowledge of the market and its trends. The house has always rented up almost as the last tenants are leaving.
