The agents are “remote”, made me visit one property twice because the locks weren’t working, made me wait outside the home until they received my email/took their own time replying to text messages to open the garage. When we filled out the application there were no updates from their end, no sense of communication with the customer. Bottom line: a complete waste of time. Brandon and his team have consistently gone above and beyond their duties in managing my Mother's house. They have demonstrated that they care about the small details. They have been able to save my Mother money with their knowledge of the market and its trends. The house has always rented up almost as the last tenants are leaving. They have made it possible for my Mother to rent out her house from 100 miles away. I cannot stress enough the peace of mind this brings our entire family.

We loved working with this company. They were always very communicative and solved every issue we had with the apartment. The place was in San Francisco. Would definitely use them if I were to buy an apartment and rent it. We always talked with Brandon and Casey. Two sweethearts. I left the same review in Yelp cause they are the best.
