We rented a house for two years with this company. We were a bit apprehensive at first, as we were new to the area and did not know what to expect. To our pleasant surprise, all repairs were timely, and Brandon was very amicable and always available when needed. Recommended to all renters in the area.
It’s been about three month since I’ve have been working with rent wise and so far everything has been absolutely pleasant. They are quick to addressing issues and respond very promptly on any requests. There app is extremely user friendly. Highly recommend this organization .
