Food is great…. CNA‘s are helpful and friendly… Very clean establishment

Was there 3 times. The third thine was the worst. No one knew anything about my dad and everyone passes the work off to someone one else. Was taken back to hospital 2 times while he was there once due to severe dehydration. Second time due to a stroke. Everyone said “we thought this was his normal “. Not my patient. Asked for water and 2 CNA’s argued over whose job it was.
Overall…better than average experience. If I could split the star rating I’d probably say 3.7 My family had a lot of contact with skilled nursing/assisted living in the last year. Here we go… Physician Asst. / Nurse Practitioners - Very good and attentive. Easy to contact for info. Nursing - some good nurses there currently. Better than other places we’ve been. Physical/Occupational/ Speech Language Therapy - We’ve met some of the best my dad has worked with (especially OT & SLP). Physical Therapy has been average at best. A... read more
I had the pleasure of visiting this community and was very impressed with the services offered, the staff and the building itself. All the rooms are private, which is so important and rare for folks when they are rehabbing. The admission Manager, James, is knowledgeable and very willing to get your questions answered. I would not hesitate having a loved one come here for rehabilitation or long term skilled care.
