The lady who greeted me at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. I was surprised how comfortable, clean and ample size the room was. The only issue I have is the size of the bed, it is very small for a large patient.
The nursing and nursing assistant staff were amazing! My mother received very good care! Shout out to Latoya! She was so kind and attentive to my mom. All the nurses and aides were amazing. The therapy staff was great. The only problem was that my mother needed much more therapy than is provided at this level of care. Not the staffs’ fault, I was led to believe my mom was going to an inpt rehab facility where she would receive 3 hours of therapy per day ( from the hospital social worker). Nice clean building, inside and outside. Lady at entrance showed me how to sign in on their electronic sign in procedure. I had a lot to carry in and asked if they had a cart that I could borrow and she got one for me. Staff seems very friendly. When checking out, everyone was so nice. Again I give this place the top amount of stars you can give this place.
