I utilized Presence Home Care after medical issues resulting from full shoulder replacement, in which a blood clot in my lung was detected two weeks post op….Home healthcare was provided with an occupational therapist as well as a physical therapist and needed services ordered by my physician. Overall the scheduling and care was very good. I personally believe that the communication could’ve been better between my surgical office and their office in a timely matter.
