Absolutely the worst experience ever at the location in Joliet. Under staffed, I feel awful for the employees that work in this hospital. We called for a nurse to help my 71 year old mother use the washroom. It took 40 mins and for me to go find someone to help because the floor was so under staffed. The food service turned off their phones leaving patients unable to get any meals. Came in on a Friday leaving on Monday and my mother was given 2 meals, but was informed there is a flat meal fee we will be paying after I had to... read more
I utilized Presence Home Care after medical issues resulting from full shoulder replacement, in which a blood clot in my lung was detected two weeks post op….Home healthcare was provided with an occupational therapist as well as a physical therapist and needed services ordered by my physician. Overall the scheduling and care was very good. I personally believe that the communication could’ve been better between my surgical office and their office in a timely matter. I would recommend them and utilize again if the issue arriv... read more

They are more worried about money. The nurse who had been coming here to change my wound bandage, told it's not really her job. Then what is her job?
