Staff will always take time to answer questions or address concerns regarding my medication, including my pet's prescriptions. They are always willing to answer insurance questions and even speak with the insurance companies. Customer service is truly excellent. The Prescription Shoppe has the best prices for my medications.
This local pharmacy sees themselves as neighbors as well as professionals. Their attention to individualized customer service inspires our appreciation and loyalty!
I love SEVEN LAKES PRESCRIPTION SHOPPE. There is no other like them. I have tried the larger drug stores like CVS & KERR and a few more even. I have even tried some of the the small town country pharmacy's like Cooper's in Vass and they are the worst of all any of them. i have been going to this pharmacy since it opened and find the current owner and staff (who have been there for a long time) to be the greatest group of people. i trust them, they are helpful, fun, friendly, and very much service oriented. i love spending my money with rob, kelly, brittany, and all the rest of the rx shoppe crew. i could go to first health pharmacy for cheaper but i think so much of these folks that i will not change pharmacies.

Rob and his staff are just like family to me. They really care about their customers and provide the care and compassion that most big chain pharmacies lack. They get to know you on a personal basis to provide what you need to make you look & feel better! They really are the best!
