The products and support are outstanding. Just today, I went under my plateau for the first time in over 20 years! The product works. My biggest challenge is sugar. Instead of Ice Cream I now use the shake as an sweet snack. I love the chocolate but I am also using the vanilla for variety. No more cravings! That iw worth it on its own! You do not feel like you are starving!
I have been using prescript fit for two weeks now I have lost 15 pounds when I get hungry for my late night snack that was killing my weight I drink a shake and have cut out all sugars I try to eat a sensible diet fish and chicken no red meat or pork that your program calls for thank you for making a great product that helps people like me!!!!!
I been using prescriptfit for 3 weeks now and I have lost 11 pounds. The shakes and the soups are both great. The first 3 days were challenging, but I was committed. I look forward to adding a new food group every 3 days and that keeps me going. If your serious about your weight loss get the whole kit , it works and I think you will be really satisfied with your results.
This is the best program I have been on. I feel better and my lab work proves it works. The scale is also showing results. A must try for anyone with multiple health conditions.
Suzy and I started this Monday so we're in our 3rd day of the Amino Shaks. We've both stayed full the entire time while drinking nothing but the shaks 3 times a day. Beginning tomorrow we will be able to add seafood then after every 3 days add a different food group while still maintaining our Amino Shaks. This is not some type of rage diet. Its a simple structured nutrition plan at half the price you would normally spend on food that would just add weight. Check out the website.
I was so excited about this plan after several friends have had success. However, the sweetener in the shakes is aspartame. For those of us with allergic reactions to aspartame it is impossible to follow the plan as recommended unless you don't mind 8 servings of soup per day (instead of vanilla & chocolate shakes) for the phases. This is a good, easy to follow plan. If they went to a natural sweetener like stevia leaf, I would give it 5 stars.
This is hands down the best weight loss program I have tried. I have Lupus and fibromyalgia this program has helped me enormously. This is the best I have felt in 12 yrs. I am hooked! Thanks for creating such a great product.
