RecommendedI have lost 40 lbs using Prescript fit.
I purchased 2 bags (which costed me over $80) anxious to begin a “healthy” weight loss program. The shakes and pudding tasted great; however brochure states the amino acids may HELP w headaches. BEWARE as I did not read ingredients in fine print. I suffered severe, pounding headaches both days before realizing it contains aspartame. I contacted the company and they will NOT refund due to the bags being opened. HARDLY HEALTHY IF YOU CANNOT TOLERATE.

I stopped drinking the shakes several years ago and I swear I have been tired ever since!!! I started back today and have more energy than I have had in years (coincidence? I think not). They still taste GREAT and I'm not the least bit hungry. My energy level could make someone think I've had somewhere between 5-20 cups of coffee but I've literally had ZERO. Just PrescriptFit! Never going without it again!!
I have to say the Prescripfit weight loss program really works. The shakes taste awesome and as you work your way through the program and get to add different foods each week, it gets easier an easier. From Sept thru Nov, my husband lost almost 40 lbs and I lost 28 lbs. And I will be there at the next weight loss challenge this month.
I love the shakes. I make mine with 1 large scoop of chocolate and 1 large scoop of vanilla. It is perfect and really takes away my hunger feeling.
