Do not use this management group. They violated the Davis sterling act via the VP telling the property manager to do so. They violated the act to let a board member get her friend a seat on the board. They do very shady things. Even giving proof. The president does not care. Only use if you want to get back doored when things don’t go their way.
They provide no actual support to owners and tenants, period. They are simply an inconvenient step included in the process of getting anything fixed with your unit. Sometimes they’re prompted with their responses and other times, not so much. Overall, disappointing management company.
I recentlty received an email claiming to be from Match.com from ellayingishmul.com the contact is a michael prescott 555. the business is in san diego, is that you guys?
My guest's car was towed from the property after being on the street yesterday morning for only 1.5 hours while we had to do get ready for the shuffle for school and work. There were other cars on the street at the same times that were left alone. I feel as though my guests and myself are being picked on by the board.
