They were really great at getting me in the car I wanted with the payment I was comfortable at. Also great service department. I went in fully expecting to pay for some minor things I noticed after purchasing my car and they took care of it for me. Makes me feel like I'm not just a sale, they care about their customers and make it a good happy experience. I will continue to get all my service/ repairs and regular maintenance done here. Thanks to the whole team!
Great service
Was driving through on cross country trip in my Ram PROMASTER Winnebago camper van check engine light came on and a message on my unconnected that I needed to go to authorized dealer for update. I contacted Prescott Brothers in Mendota and spoke with Kyle. He told me if I got in any day this week he would take it in and look at it. I got there Wednesday morning about 8:15 and they took my van right in! Turns out Kyle needed to order a part for something to do with heat sensor?
