Best customer service experience of my life! Sales and financing staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and above all, honest. Told them straight out what my credit was, and they still had to check, and my trade-in wasn't great, but they still gave me a fantastic deal. Very quick, too. Hour and a half max, including a test drive. Even gave me a full tank of gas! I will never buy a car from anyone else as long as these guys are in business. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, do not overlook Prescott Brothers! I just purchased my 2nd new vehicle from Prescott Brothers in Mendota, IL last week. The first vehicle I purchased from Prescott Brothers was 22 years ago. My experience through the month of June trying to finalize a deal and get a reliable vehicle with Prescott Brothers has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I test drove an SUV and after bringing a few seemingly small issues(warning lights on dash) to their attention they said they would fix it. Took it out again later some lights were still on but flashing light stopped. Purchased vehicle and soon after I left flashing light came back on with transmission slipping. Why does this business not list an Email address? Their contact form requires a phone number so they can sell your number to telemarketers.

I have purchased two new trucks from Prescott Brothers and have been very impressed with Pat Becker and the entire sales staff. Pat was very patient with me in explaining the new UConnect audio system.

I recently had the misfortune of having car troubles and was told to speak to Al Ortiz at Prescott Bros in Mendota. Mr. Ortiz was the kindest man and made my ordeal a most pleasant experiience. Unfortunately the other man working the service dept ( the boss I am assuming) was a total jerk and I refuse to ever deal with him again. Anyone going to Prescott Bros. should see Mr Ortiz if you want fair and courteous service. He will be the only reason I return to Prescott Bros in the future.
