I was stung by a wasp and my finger and hand started to blister and swell. The nurse practitioner was very kind and knowledgeable. He took my issues seriously and prescribed me medications to help. I was on the fence about whether or not I should even go in. I am very happy and relieved that I did.
So Im sitting here in the lobby with my 83 year old MIL. She thought her appointment was today, unfortunately it was yesterday. She needs to get 2 Staples removed from her scalp. We arrived on time for what we thought was her appointment. We had to reschedule for the next available since we are already here. So that's in 2 hours. I asked if she could be moved up if someone is a no show. They told me that is not possible because then they would have to mark that person as not showing up and they don't do that. Went for possible ear infection. Made appointment. We seen almost immediately. Staff very kind. Physician Assistant knowledgeable and helpful. Left with prescription. Thank you.
Was in and out within an hour (Walk-In) and they took care of my issue! Staff was super nice as well.
