I went there yesterday with bronchitis tested positive for Covid. Totally unprofessional and incompetent staff, don’t bother going here just go straight to the er at rust
This place is pretty much full of trash employees. We called to make an App, to begin with this was incorrect. However My wife and Premature baby sat in a lobby for close to an hour waiting to be seen when they purposely ignored her. They rescheduled her App to almost an hour later, which mind you we can see in the My chart App. So when we confront them, their answer was to tell my wife she did not need a room and my premature baby on oxygen mind you needed to sit in the lobby.
