Went for possible ear infection. Made appointment. We seen almost immediately. Staff very kind. Physician Assistant knowledgeable and helpful. Left with prescription. Thank you.
Was in and out within an hour (Walk-In) and they took care of my issue! Staff was super nice as well.
I went there yesterday because I thought I had broken my finger. Although I didn't have an appointment (which after reading reviews I guess I should have made one) but I was seen immediately. I got an x-ray right away and was ultimately referred to ortho for evaluation. I didn't see a Dr. but PA John Luna was thorough and I feel I got good care.
Lady on the phone most unhelpful. You gotta make sure to schedule your urgent care. Yep cause I can totally schedule when I’m hurt or have a uti.
Beware of Dr Elizabeth McMillan! 26 years in the field and must feel like she is untouchable and probably feels like she will never lose her license! DO NOT Let them get away with anything people you call and you file a grievance with Presbyterian! Speak to the head nurse or doctor.. The more reports they get the more they do stuff about it!
