I went to Presbyterian Urgent Care on October 28 2025 with severe arthritis pain in my hip, knee, and lower leg. I was given the best treatment I've received at PMS. The doctor, whose name I can't remember, explained a medication regimen thoroughly and referred me to the orthopedic department. He was personable and friendly. A second physician, a young lady, gave me a shot in the hip that reduced the pain within a couple of hours. She was also very attentive and friendly. NOT A WALK in CLINIC! i had knee surgery 3 days before i came in with my 2 year old son having breathing issues. I cannot even walk. The lady at the front turned us away saying they don’t take walk ins. They need to make this more readily known online. I wouldn’t have wasted my time bringing him here.
Receptionist turned away 2 people Infront of me and did the same to me, she is rude and lazy. How unprofessional.
Stevie Wonder could have seen the separation in the collarbone but the patient but the doctor heavily inferred that the patient was a hypochondriac and treated like a drug seeking patient.
