Presbyterian is going down hill. They are trying this new way of running the urgent care and it sucks. They have it to where u can make an urgent care appointment. And the way they"say" it works is "emergencies''are priority, "urgent care appointments" are next, and last is "urgent care walk-ins". We have been sitting here for over an hour but this other lady has been here for 3hrs in pain.. people would walk in and they would get taken back almost right away. This is unfair. What's the point of having an urgent care if they're turning away patients?!?! They told me yesterday they're only accepting extreme emergency cases. Uh...shouldn't that be the ER?!?! And today we went to an urgent care and my son came back positive for Strep!! If they'd have gotten him yesterday, we would have had some relief!!
Rude people/ service when your really not feeling well. I had shingles and the triage nurse was pretty much yellingat me saying it wasn't shingles.... 15 mins later I was diagnosed with shingles and 4 meds from the Dr...
