I really hate to write a bad review , but whoever was answering the phone in the “welcome” center tonight was sooooooo rude 😭 thankfully I checked in with a computer because I was actually scared to see her at the front desk. She was so rude it almost made me wanna js suffer and wait for urgent care to open in the morning. I just didn’t want to inconvenience anybody by coming in without knowing the facts all I asked was if I could come here with Medicaid even if I’ve never been seen here.
