This has to be the only place where getting a scheduled colonoscopy takes almost 5 hours. Came to bring a friend of mine to his procedure and was literally here from 11:30 - 3:40, and he was early to his appointment mind you. Great place to come if you don't have a life or anything better to do but sit in a hospital all damn day!
We have been to many hospitals for cancer treatment and thus far Presbyterian St Luke's has been the best, they are clean and all about the patients. Food can be better but overall one of the better hospitals .
The people who work at the front desk they are always another disease for the people. Specially a lady called Jennifer who is patient Case manager. She is so disrespectful. Don’t even talk to you properly. You arrived on time your schedule and she change the rules and say you should get early when you have arrived early on time, but the doctors are really great. The front desk is horrible and they are so scared to be in the hospital.
