I had an in-lab sleep study at this facility. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The sleep tech Sean (Shawn?) was attentive and told me what to expect. He made sure to answer all my questions. I was able to sleep and the study went well. I was able to schedule the study months prior to an opening at Kaseman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility. FYI, the sleep center is in the back of building.
I have been told for many years that I needed to have a sleep study completed, but I hesitated because I didn't want to stay overnight. I appreciated the at home process. I was told that I would be called in 30 days or so, after testing was processed. I was called within a few business days with results. Wow! I also want to note that every person I came in contact with at this center was warm and helpful. Thank you.
Lack of communication and uncompassionate
I've waited over half a year for my appointment because that's how long it takes to get an appointment anywhere in the United States with our flawed medical system. The day finally came and when I called the representative they said my appointment was at 12 and when I got there it was scheduled for 11. The lady at the receptionist told me to check my mychart, I'm old fashioned even though I'm in my 20s, I prefer a phone call, even though I asked multiple times what time and date my appointment was.
