Customer service is very bad Bianca the scheduling lady is very unprofessional did not help at all and just poor service at the front end.

I have been a patient here for two or three years. Have had insomnia for the past 30 years or so, and require medication to sleep. I had an appointment with Brittany Hanlon 3 weeks ago where she upped the dose of my prescriptions and told me to reach out if I needed anything. The new dose did nothing to help me sleep (I only get a couple of hours most nights), so I sent her a message on 8/12 letting her know it wasn't working. I had an in-lab sleep study at this facility. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The sleep tech Sean (Shawn?) was attentive and told me what to expect. He made sure to answer all my questions. I was able to sleep and the study went well. I was able to schedule the study months prior to an opening at Kaseman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility. FYI, the sleep center is in the back of building.

I have been told for many years that I needed to have a sleep study completed, but I hesitated because I didn't want to stay overnight. I appreciated the at home process. I was told that I would be called in 30 days or so, after testing was processed. I was called within a few business days with results. Wow! I also want to note that every person I came in contact with at this center was warm and helpful. Thank you.
