Having abdominal pain, came in at 9pm and after 5 hrs nothing but basic vitals done with no estimate of when I will be seen. ER does not seem to be overwhelmed. Frustrating experience. Bring your own blankets and pillows because nothing I provided even when they pull you to the back. The person who manages this ER is truly lacking basic understanding of triage. No one has asked about my pain in 5 hrs., I am currently not being monitored and no one has tried to make me feel comfortable enough to sleep. Very strange experience... read more

Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe the amount of negligence showed by everyone. My fiance works in EMS herself, and has chronic health issues and they brushed her off because THEY thought she was an addict, and she absolutely is not. Incredibly disgusted by the lack of care and professionalism showed by all of the staff who took a pledge to uphold ethical standards, focusing on patient well being, emphasizing non discrimination. To make it even worse, the individuals on her care team were overheard defaming my fian... read more
