Presbyterian Psychological Services has saved me. I've been coming here for almost 4 years and I look forward to my therapy session each time. My Therapist listens with an open heart and mind. She focuses on my needs, advises and has taught me so much. Top Notch.
Received a large bill 13 months after my final meeting. Upon calling I was told my final visit was not covered by my insurance despite the fact that all others had been. Feels unprofessional to bill clients who have not even been attending your facility in well over a year.
I decided to try this practice after a bad experience with another therapist in Charlotte and could not imagine myself going anywhere else. My therapist is compassionate and very helpful. She actively listens during our sessions. They do a great job with helping you learn the tools to overcome whatever issues you might be dealing with. I would recommend PPS to anyone looking to seek counseling.
