Don’t do it. Waited around for an hour and nothing was even started. The office is extremely dirty. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The staff really could care less, generally speaking. The picture I posted is under the exam chair in the room I was seen in! Gross.
I love Dr. Silas Klaver. He is kind, friendly and really smart. I trust his judgement and recommend him to anyone who asks.
I was forgotten in the waiting room. I saw people come in after me get checked in and get a room. Then I got seen by Dr. Ochs, he was rude and very unprofessional. I asked for a solution to my foot problem because I wanted to remain active. He didn’t want to help or fix my problem instead he told me to deal with it and do less exercise. Very arrogant dr, talked all about what my insurance can’t do rather than what it covers and what are options were.
