Been going for awhile, friendly and thoughtful
Doctors and PAs at High Resort are 3rd party Doctors, not Presbyterian employees. In 2021 I went in and saw Lynette Baca-Williams PA for neck and back pain, we sat and talked, did the push my hand, pull my hand, don't let me push, yada, yada, referred me for therapy, I could have just gone directly to therapy and not wasted my time and money with her.. When we walked out she pointed to a side door said I needed to go there, then to check out. Asked her why I needed to go there, said for a drug test, WHAT!!! I've never felt s... read more
Repeated last minute cancellations at High Resort- now 3 in a row in March and April, setting back any care a month or more!!
Would be nice if you guys gave me a heads up that my insurance UHC would not cover the visit or even a part of it. You didn’t think to advise me of this prior to my visit? You can kick rocks in not paying a dime.
