Repeated last minute cancellations at High Resort- now 3 in a row in March and April, setting back any care a month or more!!
Would be nice if you guys gave me a heads up that my insurance UHC would not cover the visit or even a part of it. You didn’t think to advise me of this prior to my visit? You can kick rocks in not paying a dime.

WARNING about this location (and possibly Presbyterian Pain and Spine in general): When they prescribe you pain medication, they have you sign a pain contract. I had been on a pain contract with them for two years with no problems. Then, my insurance changed and I called them to see if they would take my new insurance, which they wouldn't. So I told them I would need to seek treatment from another provider, which I did (and I wasn't warned about any consequence for doing so).
