It would be nice if they had someone to answer phone calls so you can schedule your damn follow up. Also, Dr Barnes is rude and unfriendly and some staff treat you like cattle. Typical NM BS.
Had both a colonoscopy and endoscopy today. I felt well cared for from reception to discharge. Great staff and providers!!
I was in severe pain. Doctor did nothing. Gave script for a laxative and told me to come back in 6 weeks. Pain worsened. Nurse practitioner and ER diagnosed fecal compaction and bacterial infection. Received treatment. Charlotte Rachel Cogburn
