Do not trust this clinic with your body, go somewhere else. I went in for a new IUD. I have had 3 IUD insertions and removals in my life and all of those experiences were fine and I experienced normal pain in a comfortable environment. Here, I felt incredibly rushed and dismissed. I won’t get too detailed but it was so awful it has changed my life since. The doctor even yelled at me for my pain response at one point. Entire OBGYN department is very rude. The doctor refused to see me today, for my initial visit to her office, after messaging me on my chart saying that she would see me at my appointment the day before. She refused because she hadn't recieved my ultrasounds, but when I was having issues scheduling my ultrasound, she said it was fine if we didn't have the scans for the appointment. Had both of my babies delivered from doctors here.. Hope to have another wonderful experience.
Dr Estitty was very disappointing. Felt dismissed. Rushed, after waiting almost an hour to be seen by him for my appointment. He has lied in the past and seems unwilling to help. Also doesn’t call you back. I would recommend any other primary they have here.
Waited over an hour to be seen. Reception didn’t acknowledge me about wait time
