I had my initial visit with Michael, and I’m very happy with how everything went. I’ve been dealing with chronic knee pain and had several concerns that he was able to address. He was caring, attentive, and showed a lot of empathy. His assistant, Nadine, was also very nice and welcoming.

I broke my collarbone and was sure I would need surgery. Mr. McCarter explained that surgery wasn't needed, showed how the xrays supported his decision and guided me through my recovery with patience, great explanations, compassion and expertise. I highly recommend him if you had orthopedic needs. You'll be in great hands.

This guy is beyond rude and unprofessional. I can't understand why he is even in patient care with his attitude. I have never given a healthcare professional a bad review, but he will be my first. I wasn't recovering fast enough after a hip replacement and he came in my room and told me I was costing money staying there and I needed to move to home or rehab. No explanation or compassion, just basicly too bad so sad.
