So this greedy hospital has been taking my money for over 15yrs self pay. I'm on auto bill and moved last May. They didn't update my address and recently I got a new card so the exp date changed. I never received my "cancellation" notice so instead of calling their customer, they just cancel my coverage without notice. I called to get it reinstated and they couldn't give a shit one way or the other. I will be contacting Mr. Hinton and the local media.
I highly recommend coming to this crappy hospital when your ready to die!!! We have been waiting for 4hrs and no help what's so ever. So if your thinking of dying roll on by to their ER! They won't pay any attention to you! Pissed! O wait but the drunks get a lot of care. Very disappointing
I could not have asked for a better experience. Being in hospital is never for a good time but the crew her at Presbyterian were so attentive, kind and patient. The nurses on 7th floor are the best (even the vampires) thanks to all of you. ☺☺☺
