Han Vu Sheffler is the best primary care physician I've ever had! I can't thank her enough for how understanding, knowledgeable, and patient she is with me. This institution remains heavily steeped in the predatory energy of its founding. Patients are treated as 'clients' to be utilized for financial gain rather than individuals seeking care. Until this business model is reassessed and shifted toward a genuine doctor-patient relationship—one where understanding the patient's perception is a priority—the cycle of misdiagnosis and exploitative testing will continue. The current system must cease to exist before true healing can begin.
The Dr I see at this facility has been the best Dr that I have seen since I moved to New Mexico. She listens and doesn't rush me out and is always quick to respond to my messages. I absolutely love Han Shefler and I thank her for all of her help and medical advice.
