I saw a review that mentioned incompetency at this site. We have never had one single issue. They always respond to our messages in mychart and provide refills as quickly as possible. Never an issue with referrals either. We love the providers and medical staff here.

Avoid this facility at all cost. Although there are some (& I say some because even Dr. Scott dropped the ball on a Rx request)great doctors here, unfortunately, they are supported by incompetent medical staff who shouldn’t be in the medical field. They constantly drop the ball on Rx requests, prior auth. submissions, don’t respond to emails, are rude & unprofessional. Don’t bother with placing a complaint because nothing gets done about it. Dr. Sheffler is the best primary care physician I've ever had! I can't thank her enough for how understanding, knowledgeable, and patient she is with me. I have a lot of problems, and Dr. Sheffler has provided me all the treatment I have so badly needed. Big shout out to her! So thankful she is my doctor. We need more like you in the world. Thank you!
