This institution remains heavily steeped in the predatory energy of its founding. Patients are treated as 'clients' to be utilized for financial gain rather than individuals seeking care. Until this business model is reassessed and shifted toward a genuine doctor-patient relationship—one where understanding the patient's perception is a priority—the cycle of misdiagnosis and exploitative testing will continue. The current system must cease to exist before true healing can begin.
The Dr I see at this facility has been the best Dr that I have seen since I moved to New Mexico. She listens and doesn't rush me out and is always quick to respond to my messages. I absolutely love Han Shefler and I thank her for all of her help and medical advice.
I saw a review that mentioned incompetency at this site. We have never had one single issue. They always respond to our messages in mychart and provide refills as quickly as possible. Never an issue with referrals either. We love the providers and medical staff here.
Avoid this facility at all cost. Although there are some (& I say some because even Dr. Scott dropped the ball on a Rx request)great doctors here, unfortunately, they are supported by incompetent medical staff who shouldn’t be in the medical field. They constantly drop the ball on Rx requests, prior auth. submissions, don’t respond to emails, are rude & unprofessional. Don’t bother with placing a complaint because nothing gets done about it.
