She was amazing for my appointment the staff worked quick and easy she was very gentle the 2 times I went to see her and made me and my sister feel very comfortable she communicated well and my appointment went by very quickly
I had my first exam, didn't explain anything. I never received a letter regarding my exam results. I contacted her office on 12/11(spoke to staff)12/18 (via My Chart) trying to get a renewed prescription. Dr. nor staff responded, I had to call again on 12/23. I am currently looking to change doctors ASAP! This doctor and office is horrible.
Poor communication between staff and patients. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

I don't even want to give one star review. Worst experience of my life, visiting female Dr. Jennufer Schuman, for an annual exam. Never got my annual exam because she was to busy explaining & playing the roll of Doctor & insurance company. When my insurance covers 100 percent of annual paps & mammograms. After my visit I made a complained and she lied and changed her notes to reflect a charge which I was advised by Angela banks clinic manager that me & my insurance would not be charged for this visit.
