Customer service in the U.S. has sure gone down in the last few years, but Mrs. Juana Garza in medical records is the exception to the rule. She was very polite, helpful, answered all of my questions, and followed back up in a few hours making sure I was taken care of. This lady needs a raise.
On Monday, October 25th, I called your facility to schedule a Monoclonal Enzyme Infusion. I was told the earliest available appointment was Friday, October 29th at 9AM, 4 days after my phone call. I arrived on time, was escorted to the infusion area, only to be told that I had "missed the window". I didn't "miss the window", your facility "missed the window". My mother was taken to Presbyterian hospital in dallas tx this am. Dr Neff was great. However we were left in the ER rm for 3 Hrs waiting for a rm to be cleaned. Ask Nurse Shanica when is my mother going to be taken to her rm. The nurse commit was they said they are cleaning it. I said it doesn't take 3 hrs to cleaning a rm. NURSE SHANICA said very rudely "Oh yes it does." Next time I will take my mother to Baylor Hospital.
RecommendedBest hospital stay ever for my elderly mother. Lovely facility, professional, caring and compassionate care across the board from the lead physician to the fabulous nurses and patient techs, to the therapists, waitstaff, housekeeping, and even volunteers. My elderly mother received a high level, and thorough level of care here.
The Best Hospital ever. My Oldest Son has epilepsy and They have always taken Great care of Him whenever He visit their Emergency Room every single VISIT!
Presbytery is a very great hospital my daughter had her two twin boys there the doctor the nurses the surgeons in the NICU there was very great and helpful Presbyterian is very clean when my daughter call for room service they came right away
