I love this hospital even though I work their the Dr. Nurses are awesome people when u go to the .ER plz be patient it's very busy and ya you will be their awhile. It's a .ER
The customer service is the worst! The doctors don't seem to care about helping you your just another face they have to see in a day. Their billing is the worst - quick to make errors but takes forever to fix those errors.
These people don't care about customer service, nor about patient health! An appointment was made, confirmed the day before, and on the actual day of the appt, the receptionist said it had just been canceled hours before. Complete bullshit! They don't care about making anything right.
Presbyterian Hospital billed me for lab services ordered incorrectly and then refused to remove the charges, despite the fact that the doctor involved later realized that the lab tests were ordered incorrectly. I will never go to this hospital again.
