Fantastic food and excellent value! I first went to Prep Shop on the recommendation of Dave Harris from i-Performance—and he was absolutely right. The food is consistently fresh, clean, and packed with flavour. Their wide-ranging menu makes it easy to find something satisfying each visit. Prices are more than fair for the quality you get.
