Great new location at the City Center in San Ramon. I went during the week and everything was low key and lovely, the location bright and cheery. I usually only get a mid length hair cut with Samina but this time, I was finally ready to get some color on those gray hairs! I will be back!

I had a very frustrating experience. I wanted a balayage with face framing. However, I felt like I received a streaky, highlight look with face framing on only one side. The color isn’t the problem for me as I know it may take a few sessions to get that light; the streaky look is the problem. I contacted Prep (not the San Ramon location specifically) and only received a text from my original stylist offering to fix it - I would have greatly appreciated a call from someone in management because I really didn’t want to go back... read more

Irma gave me the exact haircut and style I requested. I have thick, unruly short hair and have gone to many stylists. Irma is very talented and I highly recommend her.
