From scheduling my appointment to receiving my results, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The facility is beautiful, calm, and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the MRI technologist was incredibly kind. Since it was my first MRI, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, let me know exactly what to expect during the scan, and made me feel completely at ease.
