Today I went in for an MRI. I left feeling seen, supported, and genuinely cared for, a rare and deeply healing experience for someone like me who lives with medical trauma. It was fine. So glad I could watch a show which made it go by quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. My technician was amazing making me comfortable and keeping me informed every step of the way. My only recommendation is that we should be informed, up front, about the frequency of “breath holding!” It didnt bother me but I’ve never had to do that in a standard MRI. Thank you!!!
