Prentise estates Nice complex pretty setting looks like a park. Wish it had more laundry machines.pretty reasonable rates excepts small dogs and cats.
Love it here! I love living here. The apartments are large, the rent is affordable and heat and water being free helps me save. I was able to bring my own washer and dryer to hook up in my apartment. The staff is wonderful. It is also very helpful that pets of all sizes are welcome.
Not so nice Apartments were nice when they were first built. Seem to be going downhill fast. Loud parties and fighting going on a lot. I was happy to leave there.
Down Hill These apartments used to be very nice and very affordable. Now they are just affordable. They are overrun with problematic neighbors and people who don't follow the guidelines and the folks that run the apartments are not quick to help with these issues or any issues that come up in your apartment. Such as the washer and dryer is damaged on your complex and you are suggested to lug laundry a building over. Look elsewhere you may pay more but you will also be happier.
