Prentice Alsup was out to do a gas line job for us today, they had been recommended by our plumber. The gentleman that did the job was wonderful. It was a pleasure having him in my home. I highly recommend this company.
We moved into our new home three months ago and had an HVAC issue identified by the home inspector. Alsup initially fixed it, but the problem returned three months later. Having dealt with similar issues in past apartments, we weren’t too surprised. The difference? Alsup sent a technician (named Richard) out to our home the next day! Prentice Alsup and their technician Eddie came through for us in a BIG way this month. The blower motor went out on our HVAC unit in the middle of one of the coldest times of the year. They were very responsive and Eddie did such a great job getting us back up and running quickly. Such a great company!!
