Excellent service - I called them at 8:00 am and they were at my house before noon. The technician was professional and very polite. He identified the problem in a matter of minutes and fixed our problem promptly. He went above and beyond by checking other possibilities and gave our unit a quick clean. Do not use them. My apartment complex uses this company and one of their technicians came to my apartment, started unlocking my door and almost walked right on in while I was home. I yelled “hello?” Because I could hear him i unlocking my door, though the doo he responded who he was. Not only was he about to illegally walk into my apartment without knocking or ringing my door bell (caught on my ring camera btw) he was at the wrong unit. Extremely disappointed with my first (and now only) experience using this company. I had my AC unit serviced for the first time in eight years. The technician was friendly and said everything looked good. He offered a twice-a-year maintenance plan for $70 per visit ($140/year), which I agreed to. He told me the office would send the invoice later. When I got the invoice, I noticed an extra $25 charge for a tube that was never mentioned to me—not during the visit, not at any point. Prentice Alsup over preformed as usual. Called them early today about our AC not working properly. Temps going to be mid nineties today and they were swamped. Told us it would be the following day before they could get to us. Richard and his helper called the same day asking if we were home and if they could come right then. Had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and cool air again! Thanks Prentice Alsup for the tremendous service.
