We went around 30 weeks because of a recommendation from a few people at work. The receptionist was super nice when we called to schedule the appt. The room was very cozy and we were impressed with the size and quality of the screen. The ultrasound tech/nurse talked the entire 30 minutes and made us comfortable. She is very good at her job and tried everything she could to get the best photos. The CD of the video was worth the purchase. We even caved into buying from the store.
