Best place ever – This was my first experience with the 3-d ultrasound and it was unforgetable. The staff was soo sweet. My little girl was stubborn to begin with then she turn and smilled at us. We got great pictures. She even stuck out her tongue and we got a picture of that too. When we get pregant again we will be sure to go back there. A GREAT EXPERIENCE>
best 3-d 4-d service ever – We have been there with all 3 of my pregancy and have never had a bad experience. The tech spent alot of time explain everthing and pointing out alot of things we did not know about the baby. We got really great pictures. There were a few when my baby pushed her face in my placenta and they were fuzzy. But it was not their fault my baby was stubborn. Horrible customer service, unprofessional – I had a similar experience. I felt we were rushed, and there was no enthusiasm present in the sonographer doing our ultrasound, she didn't seem very involved in what was a special time for us. The pictures and the DVD was not worth the price they charge. They sell the friendly atmosphere, but I didn't feel welcomed at all, until it was time to pay. We tried to accomadate to patient to our best ability but the patient was extremely late for her appointment and she felt rushed and we appologize. We did complete her exam for the time in which she was promised. We had others waiting for their appointment because we were late with her. We remind patients to drink lots of water and not sodas because the quality will be affected like with this patient, that is why we stress to the patient at least 80 oz of water a day. Avoid, not consistent quality, not a good professional – I would not recommend the Prenatal Peek for your precious moments and pictures done at this ultrasound facility. I purchased the Double Super Peek package (2 visits) and regretfully the service, pictures, and DVD quality were below average. The sonographer was preoccupied, and seemed to push herself to be genuinely pleasant. Fake attitude and atmosphere. We did take 72 images and 3 DVDs and 3 CDs of this baby and did do several rescans without charging for the scans. She didn't complain to use about the session until 7 months later. So we were not able to satisfy her. She did state she went to Fetal Fotos and they could not get any good pictures either. Sometimes we can't get the picture perfect face due to the maternal factors and that is why the forms are signed.She stated she drinks about 5 sodas a day so we told her not to dirnk them for her next scan so we could get bet... read more
