We bought our MaterSpas swim spa 2 years ago from The Premium Wholesale, it is leaking already. It is impossible to get it serviced in our area as the dealers do not like to travel far from their dealerships and find any reason not to give a service appointment and gouge the price: start blaming us for winterizing the spa, denying the warranty based on their VIRTUAL assessment of the repairs, asking for $1000-1200 for the travel and service although the spa is on warranty, sending us intimidating emails for leaving them bad ... read more
