Love their hot tub and the ease of getting the parts and chemical to use for my hot tub. Courteous and quick customer service too.

I have owned my $11,000 master spa from this place for only 15 months. I have replaced a pump and a control pad. Already spent $700 on a new tub for repairs. Pump went only 10 months old but covered under warranty except $150 for repair call. I have no faith in this tub to work properly. Yes I have meticulously maintained the tub. Regret ever wasting my time and money on this junk. Well, here is a new update. As of 2.5 years ownership, I have now had both pumps break down, control pad go out, and ozonator replaced. This place is fantastic! As a complete rookie to the hot tub world, I was overwhelmed trying to figure out the right chemicals and maintenance routine. Eric has been absolutely amazing—always patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every time I visit. Thanks to him, I feel much more confident in taking care of my hot tub. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hot tub or supplies!
