Have had nothing but issues since I opened my account. Water isn’t getting delivered on scheduled delivery days or rescheduled delivery days. Customer services emails not being answered. Absolutely unprofessional
The salesman made an appointment for me to have water delivered on a weekday at 4pm. That day, a driver called and said "I don't know why we he put that on the schedule. We don't deliver that late. We're done at 2pm, so we wont be delivering it." So, I didn't get my water. Apparently there is no communication at this place, and they expect people to not have jobs, and be home.
Our business switch to Premium Waters and could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you for your flexibility and the high-quality H2O

Premium Waters has been great. Have been ordering the Chippewa Spring Water for years. Service has always been exceptional. The delivery driver Lorien has gone above and beyond in the delivery service to my house. Never had a negative experience and have been using Premium Water since 2017. Would definitely recommend their service
