I have used Premium Water for water delivery for almost 5 years. I used to have a cooler, but then gave that up and just used a pump on my 3 gallon containers. Everything had been great, up until mid-2024. All of a sudden they started missing deliveries, having billing problems, and even switched the type of water (not just brand, filtered to spring) I was receiving twice.
